The Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel is the first step in the Intense Browns tinting system to create impactful eyebrows and expressive eyelashes. Base Gel only works with the Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel. For fuller looking eyebrows and expressive eyelashes. Available in 4 fascinating shades.

• Optional step to ensure skin staining FOR BROWS ONLY: Apply RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer (Strong or Medium) to the brow area and skin– leave on for 4 minutes and remove with dry Q-tip.
• DRYING TIME before next step: 4 minutes.
• Apply Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel – leave on for 2 minutes and remove with dry Q-tip.
• DRYING TIME before next step: 4 minutes.
• Apply Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel – leave on for 1 minute and remove with moist cotton pad - done!
• Remove any unwanted stains using a dry cotton swab with the Intense Brow[n]s Tint Remover.

Please only use with RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s tints!

Don’t mix Intensifying Primer, Base Gel and Activator Gel. The gels are applied in sequence. Before application, make sure that the Base gel has been removed thoroughly. Residues could affect the tinting process negatively.

For Lash Tinting: Attach RefectoCil Silicone Pads to protect the skin.
