The gel consists of thin high reflectance foil that allows you to draw thin lines and do one coat application. Finished design never feels chunky or bumpy under the Brightening Top gel and has a silky smooth finish. Glitter gels have a stable and consistent concentration of foil particles, so you will never have to stir the gel before application. Cure time: 2 min UV in 36 watt lamp; 30-60 sec LED.
